📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all aspects of the business are running smoothly.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the hotel meets all quality and safety standards.,Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and finance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
