📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives.,Oversee brand marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and events.,Monitor brand performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.,Lead market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.,Manage brand identity, including logo, packaging, and messaging.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure brand goals are met.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in brand management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
