PT Langit Raya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Medical Representative to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Medical Representative in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for building strong relationships with doctors and other healthcare providers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Medical Representative in developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase product awareness and sales.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Organize and participate in medical meetings, conferences, and other promotional events.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to the Medical Representative and management.,Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals and ensure their needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.

Sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Experience in market research and analysis.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.Experience in organizing and participating in medical meetings and conferences.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
