Based in our state-of-the-art Dialysis Centre, you will be responsible for patient management, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with dialysis procedures. Our hospital is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services, and we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for maintaining patient records, preparing equipment, and assisting with patient transfers. Our Dialysis Centre is equipped with the latest technology, including dialysis machines, patient monitors, and medical supplies, to support your work.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist patients with dialysis procedures, including pre-dialysis and post-dialysis care.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) using our hospital's EMR system.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and supplies for dialysis procedures.
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during their dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient dialysis process.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in dialysis care.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Certification as a Healthcare Assistant or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
