📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of store staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
