📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with other facility components
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering
• Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff on mechanical systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on utility systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software
• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
