Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.Collaborate with the marketing department to promote our resort and attract new guests.Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality and tourism industry.Represent the resort at industry events and conferences to showcase our offerings and network with key stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the hospitality or tourism industry.Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Familiarity with sales software and tools.Understanding of the local market and industry trends in Bali.🛠️ Keahlian
