📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor project costs and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct cost analyses and provide recommendations to optimize project costs.,Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors.,Oversee the preparation of payment certificates and ensure timely payment to suppliers and subcontractors.,Provide technical support and advice to project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Strong knowledge of construction cost management and tendering processes.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Valid professional certification (e.g., SQS, RICS, or equivalent) is an advantage.,Experience working on high-end or luxury construction projects is a plus.
