📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Create user guides, API documentation, and release notes,Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback to improve documentation quality,Work with marketing and support teams to ensure documentation meets customer needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers,Participate in product development discussions to ensure documentation aligns with project goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with technical documentation tools and platforms,Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git),Ability to work independently and as part of a team
