📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting nurses in patient care duties, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Assisting with patient mobility and positioning.
  • Preparing and maintaining patient rooms and equipment.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating patient records and communicating with healthcare providers.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Following all safety protocols and infection control measures.
  • Promoting a positive and compassionate patient care environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar healthcare role.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Valid nursing assistant certification or equivalent.
