📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Manage inventory and ensure cost-effective food procurement.,Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Valid food handling certificate and other relevant certifications.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary expertise in Indonesian and international cuisine.Experience with kitchen management software.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent customer service skills.
