📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes for new hires.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the management team in workforce planning and budgeting.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
