Bright Web Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with online responsibilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of store associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Collaborate with the marketing and online teams to drive online sales and enhance the omnichannel shopping experience.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on product presentation and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using retail management software and e-commerce platforms.,Experience in omnichannel retail and e-commerce is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
