📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and engaging content that is easy to understand for a non-technical audience,Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows our style guidelines,Review and edit technical documentation to improve clarity, accuracy, and readability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills
