📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Economics at Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL) within the IB DP curriculum
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with IB assessment criteria
• Provide constructive feedback to students, fostering a supportive learning environment
• Mentor students in preparation for internal and external IB assessments
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and curriculum development
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote academic excellence and student well-being
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Economics education and IB curriculum updates
• Contribute to the school’s faith-based mission by integrating Islamic values into the teaching of Economics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Economics, preferably at the high school level
• Valid IB DP Economics teaching certification or willingness to obtain one
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Deep understanding of the IB DP curriculum and assessment criteria
• Experience in teaching in a boarding school environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to the school’s faith-based mission and values
