📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good understanding of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Proven ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
