📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.,Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies.,Document system configurations, procedures, and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Good understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
