📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide strategic legal advice on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and laws.
- Oversee legal aspects of business operations and projects.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and due diligence on potential business opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior legal staff.
- Maintain and update the company's legal documentation and records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Professional certification in corporate law or a related field (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
