Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the outlet.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Prepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.🛠️ Keahlian
