Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor production schedules, ensuring that targets are met and that any delays or issues are addressed promptly.,Ensure that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the production process.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production facility to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure that there is a smooth flow of materials and products.,Develop and implement production plans and schedules, taking into account factors such as demand, capacity, and resource availability.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong background in production management, with a good understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of production workers.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Proficient in the use of production management software and tools, such as ERP systems, MRP systems, and quality control software.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, OSHAS, and other relevant safety and quality standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
