As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing our physical store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the physical store, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotions, events, and sales campaigns.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support and promote our products and services.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Willingness to work remotely and independently.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
