📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
• Manage and mentor a team of fleet coordinators to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and driver behavior to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with mechanics and other service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet operations.
• Participate in training programs to enhance the skills of fleet coordinators and drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
