In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong background in designing and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
