📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives.,Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
