In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design relevant training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training goals are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using training management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
