📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales acquisition team, ensuring they meet monthly targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales acquisition, preferably in the fintech industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
