In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring that our products are effectively promoted and distributed across the region. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals. Additionally, you will conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to support our product development efforts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team sales targets.
• Set and track sales targets, and develop sales plans to ensure that our products are effectively promoted and distributed across the region.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to support our product development efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and work to exceed their expectations.
• Ensure that our sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed, including training and support.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of the cosmetics and beauty industry, including market trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
