In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing rehabilitation programs that address the needs of vulnerable populations, including individuals with disabilities, victims of trauma, and those affected by social exclusion. You will work closely with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders, to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of these programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement social rehabilitation policies and programs.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and evaluation of community-based rehabilitation initiatives.
• Manage a team of social workers, counselors, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to foster partnerships and enhance program impact.
• Monitor and report on program outcomes, using data to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
• Represent the Dinas Sosial Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung at national and international forums to advocate for social rehabilitation policies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the field of social work.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in social rehabilitation to drive continuous improvement and innovation in program delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social rehabilitation, preferably in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of social rehabilitation policies, practices, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful program implementation and management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis software.
• Certification in social work or a related field is a plus.
