📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Work closely with department heads to understand their business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
• Manage the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Oversee the implementation of employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share insights with the leadership team.
• Play a key role in driving the company's culture and values, fostering a high-performance environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and strategic HR.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in HR management or strategic HR are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
