As our Live Host & E-Commerce Specialist, you’ll be the face of Seni Klasik Batik Textiles, hosting live shopping events on platforms like Instagram Live, Facebook Live, and TikTok Shop. You’ll need to be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to engage our diverse audience. Beyond live hosting, you’ll assist in managing our e-commerce operations, ensuring our online store runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, has a keen eye for design, and is comfortable with tools like Shopify, Instagram Shop, and Meta Business Suite.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live shopping events on Instagram Live, Facebook Live, and TikTok Shop to showcase and sell our batik collections.
• Engage with customers in real-time, answering questions and providing detailed information about our products.
• Assist in managing our e-commerce platform, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute live event strategies that drive sales and engagement.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and provide insights to improve future events.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in live commerce and e-commerce to continuously enhance our online presence.
• Ensure all live events are conducted professionally and in line with our brand guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues that arise during live events or through our online store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live host or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Instagram Shop, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse audience.
• Creative and storytelling skills to effectively showcase our batik designs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with live streaming tools and software such as OBS Studio or Streamlabs.
• Passionate about traditional Indonesian arts and batik culture.
