📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting comprehensive health screenings and assessments for employees
- Assessing fitness for duty and recommending appropriate accommodations or modifications
- Monitoring and recording health data using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner
- Providing health education and promoting preventive health measures
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective referrals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date health records
- Participating in health and safety committees and contributing to policy development
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health nursing
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using EHR systems such as EPIC or Cerner
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
