📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
Design, implement, and maintain database schemas and indexes.
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies to protect data integrity.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate database solutions into applications.
Stay updated with the latest MongoDB technologies and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a MongoDB Administrator or similar role.
Certification in MongoDB (e.g., MongoDB Certified Developer, MongoDB Certified DBA).
Strong knowledge of MongoDB query language, aggregation framework, and sharding.
Experience with MongoDB Atlas or other MongoDB cloud solutions.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
