📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of swimming pools across all properties managed by BaliSuperHost.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including regular chemical balancing, water testing, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff and contractors to ensure timely and efficient pool maintenance.
• Inspect pools regularly to identify and address any issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for guests.
• Train and mentor junior staff on pool maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure that pool areas are ready for guest arrivals and departures.
• Promote a culture of excellence and attention to detail within the maintenance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
• Certification in pool maintenance or a similar relevant certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff.
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with using pool maintenance software and tools such as PoolMaster or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality or property management environment is a plus.
