Lead and manage research projects in genomics and synthetic biology.Develop and implement research methodologies and protocols.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.Ensure compliance with ethical and safety guidelines.Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders.Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.Stay updated with the latest advancements in genomics and synthetic biology.Mentor and guide junior researchers and staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in genomics or synthetic biology research.Strong background in transcriptome engineering and molecular biology techniques.Proven track record of successful project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Experience with grant writing and proposal development is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
