📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance productivity
• Manage and mentor a team of wellness professionals to foster a culture of excellence
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service provision
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments
• Collaborate with the management team to drive the overall vision and strategic goals of the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling operations in a fast-growing organization
• Strong understanding of healthcare and wellness industry regulations and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
