📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Adhere to time management and productivity standards to meet service demands.
• Stay updated on menu changes and new recipes.
• Participate in kitchen clean-up and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced F&B setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 kg.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
